Accessibility

Accessible to All

We are committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

What we do

  • Use semantic HTML and ARIA roles to improve navigation for assistive technologies.
  • Ensure sufficient colour contrast for text and interactive elements.
  • Provide keyboard navigability throughout the site.
  • Optimize content for screen readers and other assistive devices.
  • Regularly test the site for accessibility issues.

Known Issues

While we aim to be fully accessible, some content or features might not yet meet all accessibility standards. If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions, please contact us.

We welcome your feedback and are continuously working to improve our accessibility.

Our journey to better contrast

We reviewed our primary buttons after feedback from low-vision users. The original teal on light gray failed WCAG contrast ratios. We updated colours to exceed 4.5:1 and increased hover state contrast for clarity.

  • Before: contrast ratio ~2.8:1 (insufficient)
  • After: contrast ratio 5.1:1 (meets AA)

We continue to audit form labels, focus states, and link underlines across templates.
