Save, Type, and Check

Download a blank copy and save a project-specific filename before typing. Use a PDF reader that supports form fields. Save, close, and reopen your copy to confirm that entries persist. Response areas have deliberate character limits so printed entries remain visible; continue on a labelled page when necessary. Read Source Examples Correctly

Only the completed example is labelled fictional teaching material. Blank records and continuation pages are yours to complete. Record the actual source, precise locator, exact wording or paraphrase, your analysis, and the limits of the evidence. Never use an invented source from an exercise as real research.
